Will the software work with my machine?
Our software is not tied to any machine brand. If you build testing machines, we set up the software and controller for your machine’s motors, load cells and sensors. If you want to upgrade a machine you already own, we assess it first and confirm exactly what can be done before any work begins.
Can the software carry our brand?
Yes. OEM partners can show their logo and machine branding on the screens and reports, and fully white-labelled editions are available on request.
What hardware does it need?
It runs on a Windows 10 or 11 laptop or PC, or on our controller with a touchscreen fitted to the machine. The touchscreen is optional, and can be your own or supplied by us.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Testing, reports and calibration all work offline. An internet connection adds the cloud dashboard, remote updates and remote support.
Which standards does it support?
Our UTM software supports more than 160 ASTM, ISO and IS standards, and each of our other testers comes with the standards for its test method. You can also create your own test methods for in-house or customer procedures.
Can it help us meet 21 CFR Part 11 and audit requirements?
Yes. Role-based access, unique user logins, a full activity log and electronic signatures support 21 CFR Part 11 and accreditation audits.
How are updates and support delivered?
Remotely. New features, test methods and fixes arrive as software updates, and our team can diagnose and resolve most issues without a site visit.
How long does training take?
Operators usually run their first tests within minutes. We train operators and supervisors on site or remotely, and support continues after handover.
